NEWS FLASH! Effective April 22, 2010, firms working in pre-1978 homes and child-occupied acilities must be certified and use lead-safe practices during renovations.
Refer to www.epa.gov to see the law. At Griesshaber Construction we are all trained and certified to conform to these new laws. We have gone through the training and by law have to conform to these new standards. Ask us about this new law and what it means for your project.
